Our February 2021 Peak Performer of the Month

Sciortino Sabrina

Meet Sabrina!

Sabrina sprained her right ankle at the beginning of the soccer season. Being on crutches devastated her and had her doubting the possibility of playing ANY of her JV soccer Season at Victor High School. She came to Peak while still on crutches and began her climb back. She was helped by the whole Peak team and was able to return for the end of the season and play!

Sabrina Says: “Peak has made a difference for me in many ways. They helped me walk, run, and heal without pain. It was so hard going to practice and not being able to play. I lost my confidence. Andrew and the Peak team helped me build my balance and strength so that I’m stronger than before and can easily do the things I love…like play soccer! I wouldn’t be where I am today without them. Thank you, Peak!”

Andrew Says: “Sports seasons are so short now, so getting in quickly after your injury is crucial. Sabrina came in immediately, while on crutches and in a boot. She thought it would be just a few weeks of rehab, but her ankle had other ideas. She had to rely on how her ankle functioned rather than a preset timeline. She worked hard in the clinic, and harder at home. She was fueled by her love of the sport, and desire to contribute to the team. Her reward is that she can run and cut pain-free… and is quicker than before! You’re a rock-star Sabrina!February 19, 2021
