April 2024 Peak Performer of the Month

Mark Prior April 2024 PPOM

Meet Mark

Over the past 10 years, Mark has had 5 ACL surgeries with the last one in November 2022. He also herniated a disc in his back. He credits Bill with helping him get back on his feet, but honestly he says that he feels comfortable and confident working with any of the staff here at Peak. He is so close to the goals he set at the beginning!

Mark says: “I have been to many PT places, but here at Peak, they listened to me and helped work at the pace my body would allow. I had some ups and downs and setbacks, but Peak treated me like part of the family and got me back to a positive mindset. At one point I feared moving, and getting out bed, because of pain. I had the drive, but just needed a plan to feel safe doing it. Now I have no pain, and I can kick-box, lift and so much more.”

Bill says: “Mark had been knocked down multiple times without giving up. With all of his prior surgeries his quad was really weak. He was so mentally strong and determined to get back to running and kickboxing, yet in the middle of his rehab, he had a back injury that sidelined him for a while. No matter what got thrown at him, he continued to work to the point that he is now doing agility and running. Consistency and pace were the key to this rehab. I am proud to see you thru to the end! After succeeding with this, you can do anything you set your mind to!”
