February 2023 Peak Performer of the Month

Luca Ciaramitaro

Meet Luca

Luca was in the process of being recruited for baseball when he first came to Peak with a nagging hamstring issue. This year, during his senior year in high school, his elbow began to hurt during off season training and he quickly returned to Peak. He has already committed to playing third base at Siena College next year.

Luca was in the process of being recruited for baseball when he first came to Peak with a nagging hamstring issue. This year, during his senior year in high school, his elbow began to hurt during off season training and he quickly returned to Peak. He has already committed to playing third base at Siena College next year.

Luca says: “I have a “get it done” work ethic, and an attentiveness to detail. Peak not only addressed my area of pain, but the underlying issues that were contributing to my elbow pain from other areas of my body. We attacked my injury and set a plan to get it done. I now can throw with no pain and feel confident playing baseball. Thanks PPT.”

Karen says: “Luca comes to the table with a curiosity and great attitude. He wanted his elbow to be pain-free, yet was smart enough to look beyond it to see why the elbow was taking the hit. Once he got his shoulder, his spine, his elbow motion, and his left plant leg stronger, throwing mechanics just fell into place. Luca never wavered from the work, or the program. He got in quickly when hurt, and saw fast results! He’s back to playing, and may even pitch some this spring. Great Job Luca!!

Luca chose the Bethany House as his charity. Peak has made a $50 donation in Luca’s name to honor his accomplishments here at Peak!
