Meet Craig

Skier, UPS Driver and our July 2024 Peak Performer of the Month!!

In February of 2024, Craig tore his ACL and meniscus while skiing. This injury sounds so common, almost normal to us, as we see this often, but when it happens to you, it is anything but normal. The recovery is 9-12 months of your life dedicated to daily exercise and stretching. The rehab process is a grind. But for those that put the effort in, they reap the rewards. Craig knows how to grind!

Craig says: “I felt when I first got injured that I wouldn’t be able to walk again without pain. Peak has given me the confidence back that I had lost. Bill has been a rock with my rehab. I am already confident in stair climbing up and down. I am looking forward to returning to work, skiing, and hiking again.”

Bill says: “Craig will be one of those full out success stories. He always asks questions. He comes prepared after doing his exercises, and always wants to know how to do the exercises correctly and then do more. Craig has had to navigate some restrictions in the number of visits he could come into Peak. Having such a strong work ethic, I knew I could plan out visits every other week and he would progress steadily and successfully. That’s not ordinary, it is extraordinary. Keep it up Craig!”

Craig chose the Lollypop Farm as his charity. A $50 donation has been made to Lollypop in honor of Craig’s accomplishments here at Peak.

Way to go Craig!!
