December 2022 Peak Performer of the Month

Anna Lynch

Meet Anna

Anna has crazy hops and great muscle tone, yet she was constantly dislocating her shoulders. The right one was fixed December 2021. During volleyball season playoffs, in 2022, as she was just getting back to swinging well, she sprained her ankle. Determined to play volleyball for Paradigm Club and basketball senior year, she worked hard and succeeded.

Anna says: “Coming to Peak gave me a place to feel confident in my recovery. I am stronger than where I started. Peak personalizes the exercises and makes them relevant to my play on the volleyball and basketball courts. I so appreciate their urgency to get me back to what I love and for helping me be better than I even expected.”

Mike says: “This girl is one dedicated athlete! Wow…what a heart she’s got. A true warrior. So many might have given up after months of rehab post-op only to finally make it back to volleyball and then not only deal with coming back to PT when her shoulder flared up but also spraining her ankle. She brought that smile, her positive attitude and a work ethic that won’t quit. Now she was just named All Greater Rochester for volleyball even though she’s not back to 100% yet! Crazy! Congrats Anna.”

Anna chose Compass Care as her charity. Peak Performance made a donation of $50 in Anna’s name to honor her accomplishments here at Peak.
