  • Have pains that  just aren't going away
  • Think  "core" training  for runners is  just planks and crunches

  • Have a hard time going up  or  coming down hills
  • Don't have lots  of  equipment  or  time to  train

Mike,   Andrew, Allison, & Karen

Here's  what you'll get  in  3D Functional  Bodyweight  Training:

  • Circuit  style routine that can be adjusted for  ability
  • No (to "low"  if desired) equipment demand training options
  • 3D  exercises  that resonate with  running and  walking...gotta pass the  "Look-Feel-Smell  Test"
  • Discover  new ways  to look at core and  dynamic  balance training to improve  performance  and reduce injury

If you're like most runners  and walkers you' e  been taught that what you do is an  "aerobic" sport or activity.  And you'd be totally correct.  But did you also know  that thinking  that way can handcuff your  progress?   Do you realize the connections such thinking creates?

I've had so many training clients and patients who  are runners  or  walkers  tell me when they weren't out on the road they were  in the gym or at  home doing treadmill, or bike or some other typical  "cardio" work  to  boost their  aerobic  capacity and conditioning.

If you think  this then you're missing a potentially HUGE component to running and walking more powerfully, faster, longer, more effectively and with reduced injury.

And  don't  get me started on how the media and our popular  magazines and other resources have  totally lied to us  about what "core"  training and "dynamic balance" training  looks like.  Heck...just the mere word "functional" has become infused in every little training video or promotion you see these days.  It's so hard for  the average  competitive or recreational athlete to  know what's  truth and  what's fiction.

There's no  doubt  a ton of trainers and coaches out there who mean well.  'But the fact remains that too often they just aren't hitting  the nail on the head of  what the body views and lives  every  day  as what we call "authentic" function.  You see, "functional" training isn't simply things that  look  more fun, or things that are different looking or things that you do in circuits or things that you only do on wobbly surfaces.

To your body it's got to  resonate!    The "leap of  faith"  you're asking your body to take should be small....reasonable!  That  should be our litmus  test.   Not  merely mimicking a  sport  movement - that  would just  mean all you ever had to do  was RUN!  But the choices you  make in HOW you train we  think  and see every day  can make a significant difference in the outcomes.

If  you're lazy and  don't like working out - DON'T  BOTHER SIGNING UP  FOR THIS!  If you don't like learning  new things and know you're never going to change up your present routine  DON'T SIGN UP.  If you're 100% certain that aerobic exercises at  the gym and planks and crunches  are the way to  go  and you'll never be convinced otherwise then DON'T SIGN UP for this.

But if you  have the feeling that so many others do  - that something is missing in your workouts.  That you can tell you're a bit weak but you don't know exactly  what to do, or worse -  you've been putting in plenty of effort but not seeing the results!  Or maybe all this makes perfect sense...you can feel it in your bones -  you know your body wants better but you just don't know  what exactly  to  do...

Then you should  definitely   REGISTER NOW  for Session III of the Fleet Feet Functional Performance Series!

It’s Part 3 of an awesome 3 session online program (remember folks – we’re keeping our social distancing...and not just 6ft. We’re doing this one in cyberspace! So no masks or gloves needed.. 😀).

We'll  show you a circuit style workout that requires bodyweight only...but can absolutely  be adapted to adding bands or medicine balls or weights.  It'll immediately  "make sense" to you as a runner exactly why so many of the exercises you've been doing - no matter how challenging, or fun, or  that seemed to make sense, just too often  weren't  passing the "Look-Feel-Smell Test".

No need to hop in the car. No “it’s only $19” teasers online that end up in recurring credit card payments after one month. This is completely 100% FREE content.   Just an awesome opportunity to connect with experts sharing ways you can move yourself in a better direction!

There's nothing to risk...simply an hour of your time.  We're giving you  our time  Totally Free!   No strings attached.  No "sign up now  and cancel later" teasers.  We love  "functional  biomechanics."   We want to see more and more in the Rochester community be able to understand and see and use the benefits.  And yes, we hope that if you ever do need  help in the future that you'll simply remember us.

This session is  90%  ACTIVE so clear out some space and get ready to engage your muscles and joints in some challenging but do-able activates  that can  help you run and walk better than ever  before!
